Chocolate Can Cause Sore Throat

After some researches, I came up with the following:

Maybe you're just allergic to chocolates.

If you are suffering a sore throat after you ate chocolates, maybe you have an allergy on it. This is possibly cause by the ingredients in making chocolates. These ingredients can be problematic for people's health.

I did a research and comes up with the following ingredients:

  1. Milk.
  2. Peanuts and Tree Nuts.
  3. Soy.
  4. Corn.
  5. Berries.
  6. Caffeine.
  7. Drug Interactions.

If you feel something wrong after eating chocolates, it's better to go to your doctor for a check-up.

Chocolates may glade your throat basically because of their textures.

Basically, chocolates have different shapes and texture. Due to the tenderness (chocolates are usually put into a fridge to be in shape) , the edge (for pieces with pointed edges) of the chocolate can hurt your throat as it glades to your mucus lining. This can cause pain which can lead to inflammation of your throat. Better to be careful while eating chocolates to prevent this kind of incident.

Maybe there are molds which have bacteria that can cause sore throat.

This case is common if you are just too excited to eat chocolates. You are not checking the expiration of the food you want to eat. Some foods would contain molds or the fungus found if the food is about to expired. Better to check the expiration date before buying anything. This exercise sometimes can saved a life.
